Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason after you have registered, you must inform us in writing. If you cancel between October 1, 2011 and November 1, 2011, a full refund, less a $295 administrative fee will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after November 1, 2011. Please remember that if for any reason you cannot attend, you can substitute someone else at no additional cost.
